Yonkers Public Library and The Writing Institute at Sarah Lawrence College present an evening with three acclaimed Hispanic authors.

To close out Hispanic Heritage Month, Yonkers Public Library is pleased to partner with The Writing Institute at Sarah Lawrence College to offer an evening in discussion with three acclaimed authors:

Alejandro Varela, award winning author of Middle Spoon (2025, A WashPost Best Book)
Melissa Rivero, award winning author of Flores & Miss Paula (2023) (NYC)
Cleyvis Natera, award winning author of The Grand Paloma Resort (2025)

This event will be moderated by Westchester County Poet Laureate Phylisha Villanueva.
